Does the northern bay like or dislikes the south bay?

There's some argument saying the northern bay doesn't like the south bay is that true or do they not care?

I don't think that they care, but everyone hates the East Bay (just kidding).

North Bay ( Marin) is an unreal world unto themselves and I dont think they are bothered by anyone else.
